This five-acre site i s on a dramatic promontory overlooking the San Ramon valley offering breathtaking views of Mount Diablo. The 10,000 s.f custom residence is in the California Vernacular Architectural Style with an undulating front facade and rooflines. Taking full advantage of the views towards the east, it spreads in the North-South direction, which provides ample light, openness and cross ventilation for every room. The spatial layering and continually changing volumes are interjected with natural lighting. A multitude of effects infuse this house with continual surprises. |

This Rubyhill projects three guiding principals are three Vs (
Value, Vastu & Views). The design is optimized based on ancient
Indian living principals “Vastu” & the life styles of the owners.
Construction techniques used are to get the most bang for the

These homes were built to blend Indian Architectural & Interior
features with Western Construction techniques to reflect taste
of the owners. The design was also optimized to fit the lifestyle
of the owners.
Both of these large homes (8000 – 9000 Sq Feet) are built on golf
course Fairway in Ruby Hill & built to take in maximum views of
Mt. Diablo.
2853 Victoria Ridge Ct, Pleasanton
This 4000+ Sq Ft Custom home was built on a city lot to get the
most square footage(FAR), construction philosophy was to get
the most value.
Coordinated Land Transaction, Architectural, Engineering &
Construction activities. Construction details include numerous
detailed ceilings, indoor steam sauna, Gourmet kitchen with
granite counters, hardwood floors and custom cabinetry. The
home was appropriately situated to view sunsets from two
custom built balconies.
Major Additions:
3005 Badger Dive, Pleasanton
The goal of this project was to add maximum square footage to
the house at minimum cost. Also addition does not look like an
addition but to blend with the original architecture. The house
size almost doubled from its original size.
Remodeling Project:
2614 Warring Ave, Berkeley
Renovated the Kitchen and bath with new heating, plumbing and
newer appliances, counter tops and flooring. This unit went from
looking like the dark ages to the 90’s modern home.
